  2. Label Logo: You can upload to your account a label logo. We only accept .JPG or .GIF image files.
  3. Contact Information: You will need provide your First Name, Last Name, Position, Address, City, State / Province, Zip / Postal Code, Country, Work Phone, Cell Phone and Email Address.
